KALYAN MITRA
Kalyan conceived & founded Patonomics Group in 2006. Kalyan is an ‘ethical information detective’ (FIND out almost any information that is legally accessible). His core passion is in all kind of technologies and associated businesses that are regulated by patent law.
He works with decision makers at world leading brands. He and his team brings optimism and positivity in patent evaluation and valuation. He empower his clients 'Not to get scared by bullying patent owners', with empathy. He helps his clients to invalidate competitor’s patents that should not been granted by the patent offices around the world. Especially where his clients had failed to invalidate those patents after exhausting their in-house and global external resources under their reach. He is involved into technology licensing and associated M&A.
Kalyan started his career in early 1993 and has in depth experience in R&D and IP aspects of Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical industries as an employee, before starting Patonomics Group in 2006 from Göteborg, Sweden. He also had brief exposures in Environmental and ICT industries. Earlier he has been global IP head for Indian engineering multinational ‘Crompton Greaves Ltd’ that have global operations in all continents for product development, manufacturing, sales and service function.
He draws immense pleasure to FIND from obscure information sources, where others had failed. As far as his memory goes, he was most wanted person at his home since his childhood days to FIND things when everyone at home is desperate to find something but could not trace it.
His curiosity & experimenting nature have helped him to study engineering, business, intellectual property law, library and information science formally in different universities, and informally psychology, economics, geology and many others. Presently, Kalyan is updating his skills & knowledge in biotechnology at the local university to satisfy his curiosity in molecular trace of human behavior. In spare time Kalyan loves to wonder around nature, and involve in extreme sports.

Rakhi, Co-founder-Patonomics group. She is a fashion designer and active with us from 2024.
YOGITA PARAB
Yogita Parab, Co-founder-Patonomics group is active with Patonomics since 2007.
Deep investigating till FIND accurate information & establish crystal clear results is her passion and forte. Her navigation skills reserve no sub-domain of science and technology as un-parsable. Apart from delivering mind blowing results in invalidation cases, techno-commercial analysis of inventions and patentability validation assignments, she also plays a role of advisor to budding entrepreneurs and academic inventors. She had been invited as a resource person in IP awareness training sessions for Gujarat Technological University faculty and by SMEs in Maharashtra.
Her illustrious professional career before joining Patonomics includes affiliation with Indian top research institutes like Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and Corporate R&D of Crompton Greaves Ltd. Role may be any, be a student or a trainee or a professional, she is always known for her dedication, dependability, deliverables and willingness to walk an extra mile to achieve nothing but the best.
By formal training she holds post graduate degrees in physical science, information science and national scholarship based special training in patents/IPR, from Dept of S&T, Govt of India.
She loves to explore about alternative medicine / therapy, Ayurveda, and experiment with healthy & quick cooking. Teaching to create concept clarity, reading, solving puzzles, and being with nature in solitude are her relaxation engagements.
